MANGO FLAKES TROBANA®
Made
from the flesh of ripe mango grown in Ecuador on 15% green
banana as carrier. The season is from october to december.
ORGANOLEPTIC
DESCRIPTION:
The colour of the mango flakes is yellow. The reconstituted
product made with one part flakes and six parts water has
de colour, odour and flavour of mashed mango.
PROCESSING
:
Produced by ripening, blanching, extracting, dosing the green
banana and then drum drying it.

APPLICATIONS:
Trobana® Mango Flakes are ideal for dry fruit preparations,
powdered drinks, cake mixes, etc. The flakes reconstituted
6:1 with water are used in the same traditional uses as mango
puree. Suitable for fruit preparations, nectars, drinks, cakes,
muffins, pies, bread, some frozen desserts, and soft food
diets.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Eighteen months, when stored at the recommended temperature
(21°C /70°F) in sealed original containers without
refrigeration.
CERTIFICATES:
Kosher and Halal Certificates available on request. Product
is GMO complaint.
Plant is HACCP certified
