ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The colour of the guava flakes is dark red. The puree made by reconstituting guava flakes has the colour, odour and flavour of dehydrated guava.

PROCESSING :
Produced by ripening, blanching, extracting, pulping, sieving and sterilizing the pulp. Then drum drying it without any carriers or additivies.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

Eighteen months, when stored at the recommended temperature (21°C /70°F) in sealed original containers without refrigeration.
