Made from the tubers of the sweet potato (Ipomea batatas) plant of local varieties grown in Ecuador the year round.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The colour of the sweet potato flakes brownish with orange hues. It has a smooth uniform appearance and a fine feel. The flavour is characteristic of mashed cooked sweet potato.

PROCESSING :
Produced by sorting. trimming, cooking, pulping, sieving and roller drying, without any carriers or additives.
