Made from the flesh of Cavendish bananas grown in Ecuador.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The colour of the banana flakes is creamy yellow.  Whit odour and typical flavour of the ripe banana   flakes.

PROCESSING
Produced by controlled ripening, hand peeling,  pulping, sieving and  sterilizing  the pulp. Then roller drying it

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Bananas only. Neither carriers nor additives used.

APPLICATIONS:
Confoco® Banana Flakes are ideal for dry fruit preparations, powdered drinks, cake mixes, etc.  The flakes reconstituted 1:3 with water is used in the same traditional uses as fresh mashed bananas.  Suitable for fruit preparations, nectars, juices, cakes, muffins, pies, bread, baby food, ice cream, yogurt and other frozen desserts and soft food diets.
 
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Eighteen months, when stored at  the recommended  temperature  (15-27°C /59-80°F) in sealed high density PE containers.

CERTIFICATES:
Kosher and Halal Certificates available on request. Product is GMO compliant.
Plant is  HACCP certified.
